Extension & Garden Transformation
Project Type: Bespoke Design & Build
Description: Recently completed in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, this bespoke project combines a full garden transformation with the construction of a striking new summer room. Designed and built to the client’s exact specifications, it perfectly unites contemporary architecture with functional outdoor living.
The summer room features floor-to-ceiling glazing with slimline frames, flooding the interior with natural light and providing uninterrupted views of the landscaped garden. Inside, bespoke illuminated shelving and modern pendant lighting bring warmth and character, making it an inviting space for dining, entertaining, or relaxing.
Outdoors, the garden was completely redesigned with premium stone paving, decorative patterned tiles beneath a handcrafted timber pergola, and newly landscaped planting areas. This carefully planned combination of materials and design has created a stylish, practical setting for year-round enjoyment.

The project included the removal of the existing grass and cluttered layout, replacing them with a seamless combination of luxury artificial grass and porcelain paving. The artificial lawn ensures a lush, green look all year round, while the durable porcelain paving offers a stylish, low-maintenance solution for outdoor seating and entertaining.
This renovation has breathed new life into the garden, providing the homeowners with a practical and visually stunning space for relaxation and socialising.
Kitchen and Extension Renovation

Description: We Transformed this home with a stunning single-storey extension, featuring a modern kitchen with dark green cabinetry, quartz worktops, and wood-effect flooring. Skylights and patio doors brighten the space, seamlessly connecting to a stylish sandstone patio.
Every detail, from high-quality materials to expert finishes, was crafted to the highest standard.

Modern Rugby Pavilion Redevelopment
Project Type: Rugby Club Pavilion Construction & Landscaping
Description: Pentland and Chandler proudly delivered a comprehensive redevelopment of Witney RFC’s pavilion, transforming it into a modern, functional space for players, members, and the local community.
This 18-week project encompassed everything from foundation work to final landscaping. The pavilion extension features a striking new facade with club crests, bi-fold doors for indoor-outdoor connectivity, and a spacious, light-filled interior with skylights and wood-effect flooring. The updated layout provides ample space for socialising, dining, and hosting events, complete with durable, high-quality finishes.
The outdoor area was equally revitalised, including professionally laid sandstone pathways, tiered landscaping, and freshly installed grass sections. This inviting space is perfect for post-match gatherings or community activities.
Every detail of this project was meticulously executed to enhance the club’s facilities while maintaining a welcoming, modern aesthetic.

Description: Pentland and Chandler completed this beautiful extension and kitchen renovation, combining modern design with practicality.
The project features stunning herringbone flooring inside and composite decking outside, creating seamless transitions between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
High-quality windows, doors, fascia, and soffits were supplied by our trusted partners, UK Building Plastics Direct and The Oxford Window & Door Company.
The impressive composite decking was provided by Minster Paving Ltd, adding a stylish, durable outdoor area perfect for relaxation and entertainment.
